Question 1

Do you really come to my home or office in Mumbai?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our fully-equipped mobile unit comes to your home, office or society parking anywhere in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. You don't need to drive anywhere or wait at a service centre.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Please book at least 3 hours in advance so we can route around Mumbai traffic and reach you on time. Same-day slots are usually available, and weekends fill up faster, so early booking is recommended.

Question 3

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Accepted Answer

We use biodegradable, pH-balanced cleaners and water-saving techniques. Our products are safe for children, pets and the surfaces in your home and vehicle.

Question 4

How long does a full car detail take?

Accepted Answer

A complete interior and exterior detail typically takes 3 to 5 hours depending on the car's size and condition. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.

Question 5

Will detailing make a mess in my parking?

Accepted Answer

No. We bring our own mats, contain all runoff, and clean up the workspace before we leave. Your parking spot will be as tidy as we found it.

Question 6

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?

Accepted Answer

Every service is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, tell us on the spot and we'll fix it before we pack up - no extra charge.
